Stable Distribution and Services Company, seeks a full-time, inside salesperson for its corporate headquarters in San Ramon, CA. Our customer base includes oil and gas, chemical, power, mining and metals, life sciences, food and beverage, refining, petrochemical, and OEM. The Inside Salesperson will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager, as well as the Owner. The ideal candidate must be very flexible and highly committed to quality, customer service, teamwork and enthusiastic in supporting the company and all department goals.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Coordinate all Company accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, bank reconciliations, sale and use tax, and journal entries.
Support internal/external sales staff with sales and purchase order reports on a daily/weekly basis and manage the production of the monthly sales report for management review.
Comfortable with some office administration: Answer phone, open mail, order supplies and general filing, etc.
